Please feel free to contact us at the Hillmorton Counselling Centre by telephone, 07787 531481, by email info@hillmortoncounsellingcentre.co.uk or by using the Contact Form below,
and we will reply to your message as soon as possible.
(However messages received over weekends or on Bank Holidays may not be replied to until the next business day)
You can make an initial appointment free of charge, to give yourself and or your child, the opportunity to talk about whether counselling
is the right step forward for you just now. You can also see whether we feel the right fit for you or your child.
Alternatively we can arrange an online initial meeting on Zoom/Teams to see whether online counselling
feels comfortable for you, too.
Typically sessions are held weekly and last for an
hour.
How many sessions will I need?
It is difficult to say how many sessions are needed, however our aim is to help
you in the shortest number of sessions possible. A first appointment will allow you to see if counselling is appropriate for you. Usually you will start with 6 sessions and
review after that. Your counsellor will continually review your need for further sessions as counselling progresses.
How can I pay for a counselling session?
The counsellor will take payment in full at the end of each session by cash or
bank transfer.
There are currently no facilities to accept debit
or credit cards.
How much is a counselling session?
£45 per hour.
What happens if I am unable to attend a counselling session?
Cancellations must be notified with at least 24 hours’ notice, so that
arrangements can be made to reallocate the slot to another client. Should you not provide 24 hours’ notice, you would be expected to pay 50% of
the missed session.
If you have any further questions or wish to book an initial session please feel
free to contact us.
We look forward to hearing from you.
