How many sessions will I need?
It is difficult to say how many sessions are needed, however our aim is to help you in the shortest number of sessions possible. A first appointment will allow you to see if counselling is appropriate for you. Usually you will start with 6 sessions and review after that. Your counsellor will continually review your need for further sessions as counselling progresses.
How can I pay for a counselling session?
The counsellor will take payment in full at the end of each session by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
There are currently no facilities to accept debit
or credit cards.
How much is a counselling session?
£45 per hour.
What happens if I am unable to attend a counselling session?
Cancellations must be notified with at least 24 hours’ notice, so that arrangements can be made to reallocate the slot to another client. Should you not provide 24 hours’ notice, you would be expected to pay 50% of
the missed session.
If you have any further questions or wish to book an initial session please feel free to contact us.
We look forward to hearing from you.
